Beginning with Deloitte, Tommy achieved 20 years of business notoriety and financial success as a large firm financial consultant. However, he was unfulfilled, had lost balance and filled with unhealthy amounts of stress because he felt trapped in a prestigious career. Tommy felt forced to make decisions out of fear and scarcity instead of abundance. He felt like he did not have a choice.

His experiences led him to found Choose Goodness, a movement encouraging individuals and business organizations to search for unmet human needs that create a transformational impact on themselves, their business, and society at large.
