Spring practice is over and the start of fall camp is still close to three months away. But there is still a lot going on inside the Woody Hayes Athletic Center and football facilities like it all across the country.

Teams aren't allowed to practice, and coaches are extremely limited in what they can even do this time of year. So what's actually happening inside the walls of the WHAC right now, and why does it matter so much for this fall's team?

Buckeye Scoop's Kirk Barton, a former captain and all-American, joins host Tom Orr to discuss that and more.

What are players allowed to do right now, and what's against the rules? What kinds of workouts are different position groups doing? And is it true that "you can't win a national championship in the summer, but you can lose one"?
