Create a so-called school choice system for special needs children that would allow tax money to go toward private schooling elections to gain taxpayer approval for increases above a certain percentage. Pre-empt all local ordinances that limit the use of mobile devices in vehicles. Prohibit local governments from using taxpayer money to fund Planned Parenthood or any abortion provider. ban abortion insurance coverage in private and government plans and require stricter reporting of complications from abortions. Ban state and local agencies from collecting union dues for employees.
