The first thing we have to make clear is that every player and every level of the performance is at risk. In a world of take, take, take, each department has courageously pushed their way through and over multiple mountains of expectation. But how do you win at work? How can the individual trained to be a team player find faith in themselves beyond the four walls of do it now or look for another job. We've all had bad bosses. Just last night I scanned through my memory banks and documented the behavior of each. Why? To make room for new steps and journeys. If the weight on your back is a past that can't be changed. Get rid of the excess fat. Trim the path that brought you to the present. Admit to yourself "Hey they were a jerk. But I don't have to be." Learning to understand your process of growth is a winning step toward influencing the arrival of tomorrow. Stop poisoning your growth with the damp ugly waters of bad work. Make the move. Find the land that is perfect to plant new seeds. 2019 is less than 365 days away. What are you doing to protect your biggest investment?
