1. Options ex is this friday.
Expect a lot of whipsaw in the popular stocks this week. This is the real shark week. This is a time for a lot of institutional game playing as they seek to play the options imbalancing into Friday. Volume is extremely weak. Monster rally in the last 20 minutes of the session. Options ex makes it difficult to detect a trend. Apple is selling.

2. Copper getting hammered today. It was topping out already but is down big today. Move down will continue and then expect bounces.Futures at 4.35 from 4.88. Bull is over for now.

Copper looks to be in correction mode at this time. The industrial metal is trading lower by nearly 4.0% today. It topped out earlier this month and is now accelerating its decline. Remember, copper went parabolic and this decline is common from a parabolic move.

3. The Federal Reserve concludes their 2-day FOMC meeting tomorrow. The central bank will make a statement at 2pm tomorrow. Everyone is waiting to hear if they talk about a possible taper from the $125 billion a month QE program. After all, that is the main catalyst for the market rally.

4. Gold/Silver weaker today. Continuing pullback ahead of the Fed. The trend is up and get ready for the impending advance.
