I can totally relate to taking care of a parent. I take care of my mom who broke her knee in 2016 and will never walk again. So she lives with me now. It changes your entire life and I experience the guilt of wanting to take time for myself. It's almost like survivors guilt cause you feel guilty for going on with your own life. I completely relate to all this.
