Former Browns GM and current head of the Senior Bowl joined Bruce and Chris on Monday. Phil says that because the Jets moved into the 3rd pick in April's draft, the Browns can't take a chance that the QB they want will be there at #4. Phil also doesn't think the 4th pick would be worth Saquon Barkley because you can find that kind of production later in the draft.
