We often think about the transitions that signal adulthood being occasions such as graduating from high school or college, turning 18, turning 21, getting a driver's license. As much as these events signal changes in our lives, the truth is most people have a gradual process in becoming adults. For foster kids this can be a very different experience. Because of the pandemic, there are even more challenges.
