Yes, it's cliche to complain about the weather but it's hot. The big difference between the Northwest and most other places is that AC isn't as common here. That justifies the complaining right? One thing not hot right now: The Mariners. They've lost 4 in a row and 8 of 11. Thankfully they'll have four days off and maybe a little rest will get the team back on track. A lot of guys are underperforming this month, and it's obvious the team is missing Cano. While the M's limp into the break, the A's are getting dangerously close. Just a week ago, Dick was adamant that Oakland was not a concern. Are we feeling any different now that they're only 3 back?
