Ian is back and just in time for the beginning of training camp, broadcasting from the VMAC in Renton. Football is finally here... sort of. Stopping by immediately after we get underway is third-year corner Shaquill Griffin who says he's leaner and faster than ever heading into 2019. He also wrote a book with his brother Shaquem in his busy offseason. After day one of camp, there's a lot to feel great about. DK Metcalf looks like he could be everything we've hoped, and our offensive line, which has been a concern year after year, looks to be amazing this year. One negative of course is the suspension of Jarran Reed this week by the league. Whatever happened, it shouldn't have taken two and a half years to come to a conclusion. It's frustrating, but we'll have to deal with it and move forward.
