Today, Seattle's new XFL team with Jim Zorn as the head coach and GM. Is there a big enough market for another NFL league? The XFL is arguably coming in as the fourth biggest football league, after the NFL, CFL, and AAF. Even the AAF is losing its luster for some simply because there's no connection ot the team. Oakland gets to keep the Raiders for one more year, but it's a shame they're losing them at all. From a city that knows what it's like to have a franchise ripped away from us, we can sympathize with the loss. The Raiders are Oakland, and the NFL should have found a way to keep the team there permanently. There are other markets where the fanbases don't care. LeBron made some interesting comments about winning and excepting losing. Players so driven to win seem to be fewer and farther between these days. With so much negativity in the world, we've decided to take the time every day at 1:50 to highlight something good. Today, Chad Ochocinco pays some guy's rent to help prevent him from being evicted, Danny Farquhar pitching again, Thunderbirds, Hockey Challenge, and more.
