The Cougars are taking on Iowa State in the Alamo Bowl, aka the Jim Walden Bowl. Coach Walden talks about the similarities of coaching at the two schools, particularly the challenges of recruiting. How important is a bowl win to the team this year? Who is Walden pulling for? Last night's UW - Gonzaga game was a great representation of what college basketball, and college sports in general is all about. A lot of seniors playing, a lot of guys playing because they love the game and want to win. We spend a lot of time focusing on the one-and-dones, the players that won't play in bowl games because they're afraid of hurting their draft stock. They are the overwhelming minority.
