Just when Michael thought all was lost and he didn't care anymore, Denver area men's wear store Homer Reed Ltd steps up in a big way and delivers the Diet Coke supply Brownie forgot to get on his way in to the station. This random act of kindness totally redeemed the day for Michael, and restored his faith in humanity. Okay, that might be a bit dramatic... but not really that far off.
