News of the day: Pound and Stretch was presented for the first time in Astoria today. Between the energy and the view, this class is too fun! Find the time in your schedule to check out the class either in Astoria or Ilwaco. The current schedule is Fridays at 11:00 am in Astoria and Tuesdays at 10:00 am and Thursdays at 5:15 pm in Ilwaco. Reservations are required for this class. Great music, lots of enthusiasm, good mix of aerobics, movement, stretching and relaxation. It’s a great way to forget the worries of your day, pound out some frustration, get your blood flowing and have some fun. And not to mention, more and more research is connecting regular workouts to improved brain function . . . even in those individuals with memory loss.

For those of you who have been following Barbie, today is the last day to enter your photos or name suggestions. We will be compiling all the photos and name suggestions and post the winner on Monday. Thank you for your creativity and support. The drawing is for a free assessment, resistance stretch or a 10 class package. Take a selfie with Barbie and/or submit a name suggestion, post it to our Facebook or tag us from yours to enter.
