Double G the young South African Hip-Hop artist currently living in Wellington has performed over 300 individual gigs over a period of 2 years building his solo career, whether its a big or small gig he's always performed for free. The young artist finds that evenings after work is the best time of the day for him as he gets to spend time with his son helping him with homework and other fun activities. As the Co-Founder of GMG Double G works alongside his partner in life and business Lucie Jo are both currently running an event called Lunar Ignite in the Wellington region, this event was created to give upcoming artists a platform to showcase their music and runs a workshop to prepare the artist for the 'live' stage(s) as well as exchanges tips and tricks of the trade.
