Being alone judges chambers gives him opportunity to steal her as his ward by meeting with the child ex parte ...with no parent of counsel...which by law should be by TWO...a parents counsel BY Law has a right to be there in the interest... this is all ex parte on purpose lets not forget it is CREEPY ...what a great place to test who the kid should be sold to. by by HIGH LAW....big L Law of Equity, in that secret meeting that adult as that estate Adminstrator is garnering what is called "parole evidence" which is what happen when you take "legal representation" as when you take counsel you are deemed imcompetent.. those "judges" are being allowed to effect construtive fraud by stealing the Lawful Executorship from the Parent/Gaurdian/Trustee even...by have a ex parte meeting with that child. That is why one never ever allows a dying person alone with anyone...as "parole evidence" is easy to fabricate when no one is around and the one with the Estate to convey DIES...and they come out and say...his last words to me were..."I love you best, you get it all"...and he just got priority claim to it all, even if there IS A WILL.....

“I thought, that can’t be true in California,” said state Sen. Jerry Hill, a Democrat from San Mateo. “We found that it is true in California and true in many states throughout the country.” But Hill’s resulting proposal to bar juveniles from getting hitched has been watered down after it prompted strong objections from civil rights groups, including the American Civil Liberties Union.
