Judith discussed the book, the importance of self-care, having the Power of Attorney, and other legal documents that are necessary. You must have copies of all the documents on your cell phone so they are readily accessible in an emergency situation!
Judith also discussed the importance of doing activities that have a beginning, middle, and end to them, gave suggestions about meals, observed how your loved one is sitting in their chair, and listened to music that your loved one enjoys! Does your loved one like wearing the same clothes and it is very difficult getting them to change their clothing?
One wonderful suggestion is to purchase multiple sets of the same clothes!
