since going Vegan amazing changes in my body have taken place . I'm going to list them because it's important you consider making this change: my body regulates temperature. I can withstand -50 temperatures as my blood circulates better. no more dry lips or fingers. no need for hand lotions, or lip balms. all my cuts heal faster as collagen reproduction is restored to normal functioning. My sense of smell is extremely sensitive which means I can smell water on the wind. Animals can smell your blood, if you are eating animals they can smell it and may become fearful and see you as a threat as they may think you will eat them! Muscle soreness recovery; plant protein simply synthesizes better. You're body can make up the non-essential amino acids. You don't need to eat 7 different types of proteins to make your macros. That's horseshit propaganda. The Vegan movement has been plagued by homosexuality and constant misinformation on purpose. No more NIGHTMARES. Eating animals is eating death, their fear and anguish is released into their blood as they die and that is cooked into your meals. You are eating fear and death brother. Let your daughter bring the chicken inside . There are no steaks in heaven, or turkey dinners. Your bowel movements will become predictable and controllable. Energy levels increase. your body produces more endorphins, your memory will be stronger because you are feeding live food (raw). more productive at work or wherever you need productivity. LOL your tool will be 'enhanced'. (also you will produce more MOJO) Vegan men have higher levels of testosterone. protein is actually cheaper AND way easier to store and doesn't have to be preserved or frozen. the whites of your eyes will be clearer. your voice will deepen. there is definitely more but they are more or less momentary manifestations which can only be appreciated in the moment
all protein comes from plants brother and is most bio available. Beans, chickpeas, lentils, barley, pumpkin seeds, nuts, are all good sources of protein, iron, and fat. stock up on B12. meat is full of heme iron which is toxic. getting the flu is not normal. i don't get the flu, not even so much as a sniffle, maybe a runny nose when i eat spicy food but that's good!
If you go Vegan you can work out every day and never get sick, or too sore. Since going Vegan I put on 50 lbs of muscle and I never get sick. It's all about potassium/sodium balance. Meat, eggs, dairy disrupt the balance and you end up too salty or not salty enough, LITERALLY!
