Jason discusses with Freddie, Trade and Bob the possible closing of Vernon Downs and the reasons that it could occur if the racetrack doesn't receive a tax break from the state of New York. Jason then discusses the possibility of the 10-million-dollar racing subsidy ending in New Jersey. This could happen, if the NJ SOB doesn't support HISA and who knows what racing would be like without that necessary funding.
