Christian Coleman, a graduating senior from Our Lady of Mercy Catholic High School, in Fayetteville, is headed to the University of Tennessee as a scholarship track athlete. Christian had a breakout performance during this year’s Georgia Olympics, in Jefferson. Clocking 10.38, he broke the all-classification 100m record. His 200m performance at 21.10 was strong enough to set a Class 1A record. He leapt 23-8.5 feet in the long jump, and anchored the school’s gold-winning 4x100m squad, setting a team record. Listen, as we spend a Few Good Minutes with Christian.
