It: Marco e Sofia erano amici da molto tempo e amavano trascorrere del tempo insieme.
En: Marco and Sofia had been friends for a long time and loved to spend time together.
It: L'estate scorsa, avevano deciso di fare un viaggio a Roma.
En: Last summer, they had decided to take a trip to Rome.
It: Mentre passeggiavano tra le strade strette e affollate della città, Marco e Sofia notarono che ciascuno aveva dei gesti italiani preferiti che usavano spesso durante le conversazioni.
En: As they strolled through the city's narrow, crowded streets, Marco and Sofia noticed that they each had favorite Italian gestures that they often used during conversations.
It: "Mi piace molto come gesticoli quando parli", disse Sofia guardando Marco.
En: "I really like the way you gesture when you speak," said Sofia looking at Marco.
