This week I am joined by Josh Saua. He is a husband and a father of one daughter, with another on the way.

I have known Josh since my teenage years, we went to the same high school - but were in different year groups. He has always had a disciplined mindset and has been a genuine guy to sit down and yarn with.

We had a great discussion on this one. Covering the PNBHS experiences, him playing in the first fifteen and then got into his life in the military, before diving into how he tries to create a great marriage and prioritise his family amongst the demands of working life.
