First up, we have the band Neon Casket out of Texas. We had the pleasure of two Scotts, Robert and John joining us for this interview. We kick things off with the intro of who Neon Casket is. We get into talks about Tattoos, Music, and even a little cereal talk. We discuss the music scene for these guys in Texas. Influences, recommendations, and more. Next, we are bringing a newfound favorite of both Hater and Gnome. The frontman John is joining us for this interview with the band TAKE. Hailing from Las Vegas, they are an all-around slammer band. Hater and Gnome had the pleasure of seeing Take at the recent metal fest Apocalypse in The Desert. We kick things off right away with that show and their performance. We talk about the long history of TAKE and what changes in music and lineup have occurred over the years. We talk about influences, covers, and live performances. John brings a high-octane energy to the stage. This is a band that if you get the chance is a do not miss. They will be releasing new music very soon so be on the lookout and follow them with their link below. We exit the interview with a clip of their song “Power Trip.”
Lastly, Hater and Gnome wrap this baby nicely with some music recs for the EP. But first, we have a pleasant surprise. The band Emberwake, whom we interviewed a while back, sent us a clip of their new song and wanted us to do a live reaction. We play a small clip and react and then we bring the heat with some of our newest tracks blasting our speakers out. Great episode, with great bands.
