On today’s #anthonyreevesexperience, I discuss the importance of filing everything you receive during your new #employee intake.

During your new employee intake, it is easy to sign all of the documents given to you and then let the documents sit in Human Resources.  However, if something happens later on, you may feel uncomfortable asking for a copy of #humanresources file.   So, whenever you go to a new place of employment, take the time to get a copy of all of the paperwork you sign when you initially are hired.  You may never need it but you will appreciate having it when you do.
