In this episode, I interview my old friend Tollan Teyf. Tollan was at one point my personal trainer and has since become a Chef, studied at Le Cordon Bleu in Madrid and now helps run a family owned catering/retail business.
He also has a cooking show with his brother on a small network called "Keeping It Kosher." In addition to that, he is an aspiring stand-up comedian. When the pandemic hit and he couldn't perform anymore, he started a podcast with his good friend called "The Silly Goose Academy" which is slated to return from their hiatus this year.
We chat about the following topics:
-How he went from being a personal trainer to an aspiring chef and stand up comedian
-Tollan’s recent breakup and lessons he learned from his long-term relationship
-Attachment styles and where we both fall in the spectrum of attachment
-One of the fears I am facing this year and his perspective on it
-His approach to dating after getting out of an LTR
-Red flags in early stages of a relationship
-How to know when a first date is going well
-Monogamy & Polyamory
