In 1975, the Eagles released their fourth album, One of These Nights, which produced three singles in the title track, "Lyin' Eyes" and "Take It to the Limit". One of the album's non-singles is "I Wish You Peace", written by Bernie Leadon and his then-girlfriend Patti Davis, daughter of Ronald Reagan, then the governor of California. Nancy Reagan had already disowned Patti at that time, ostensibly because of her disapproval of Patti and Leadon's relationship.
