Once upon a Time a major storm was approaching a forest and all the animals were worried. And each one had a plan how they was to survive the storm. The eagle said I will fly over the storm and use its wind to my advantage. I will soar to new heights till the storm is no more. Who would like to get on my back and soar with me. The turtle mocked, the rabbit laughed, and the hyenas fell on their faces cracking up. But a little mouse said I will go, what I must, I do . The eagle replied go on my back take hold of my feathers and don't let go. As long as you abide and let me take you through the storm you will be safe .The turtle said well that is the most dumbest idea I ever heard. My idea is better I will go in the water and there I will be safe from any trouble. Why not follow me? The mouse replied if I follow you I will drown. For I can't breathe under water like you , or swim. The hyenas laughed and cracked up. And then said we're ready to die. So why not join us and be brave. The mouse replied what can you promise me after I die. The hyenas replied a good laugh before death. The mouse replied that doesn't make any sense. As they heard the words of the mouse, they laughed harder. The rabbit said I will go into my rabbit hole and I'll be nice and safe till the storm leaves. I won't ask you to come for I don't have enough food for you only for me and my family. The storm approached the forest suddenly as the rabbit was in the rabbit hole a earthquake came with the storm and the rabbit with his family was no more. The turtle did as he said and he jumped in the water of the swamp and there were alligators ready to eat him which they did before they themselves died in the storm. The hyenas they laughed themselves till their final moments and died by the storm . That was so brutal that all the trees of the forest came down falling one by one. The mouse climbed on the eagle's back before the storm taking hold of the eagle's feathers and not letting go but made it through the storm. Knowing not to let go no matter what or how hard the wind would hit him. The eagle took the storm and flew right in there going up and upper till he flew over the storm over the clouds. Using the wind to his advantage. The moral of the story is sometimes God if we would take hold of him by faith would have us go through the storm to a greater higher height rather than hiding, or accepting sudden doom by it. What is made to destroy us many times would make us stronger by it only if we take hold of God and not let go. May we like this little mouse take hold of Jesus in our storms and not let go no matter how hard the storms may hit us.

Isaiah 40:28-31Have you not known? Have you not heard? The everlasting God, the Lord, The Creator of the ends of the earth, Neither faints nor is weary. His understanding is unsearchable. He gives power to the weak, And to those who have no might He increases strength.Even the youths shall faint and be weary, And the young men shall utterly fall, But those who wait on the Lord Shall renew their strength; They shall mount up with wings like eagles, They shall run and not be weary, They shall walk and not faint.
