Hello fellow B-Listers!
Welcome to The B-Critics Podcast with Elizabeth Arnold and Courtney Thompson.
This week The B-Critics bring on guest critic Matt Speakman to discuss the movie Jurassic Park. Jurassic Park is an adaptation of the novel by Michael Chrichton which tells the story of the unveiling of an amusement park unlike any other. This amusement park has real life dinosaurs - seems impossible, we know! Not only did this movie have immediate popularity upon release in 1993, AND change the way movies are made, but it also sparked further fascination into the world of paleontology. Matt, Court, and Liz laugh their way through this discussion as they dive straight into the use of CGi and other special effects, Jeff Goldblum’s shirtless debut, and just how much they think could withstand a T-Rex head. Hold onto your butts, because this episode is a wild ride!
