What if the way we think about our job is all wrong?

If we take work as something we have to do, it’s no wonder why we’re trying to balance it out with more exciting things that we want to do, such as spending time with friends or family.
We are so focused on getting the work-life balance right, that we don’t stop and think about why we want it in the first place and if achieving it is even possible.

Since life is full of ups and downs, aiming for that balance might cause more trouble than peace.

Let’s admit it, work IS part of our life. So, what do we need in order to thrive and align who we are with what we do? Is it really a balance or something else?
