Labeling people, hobbies, jobs, or anything as ”Cool” and labeling other things as ”Uncool” creates a discrimination and a self sabotaging dynamic that affects us as children, and carries on to contribute to unhappiness as adults. I discuss how, as we detach from the word and learn to sincerely love others, starting with our families, we will be set free from what is essentially judging ourselves.
