A young lady was able to use a hand signal that she learned on TikTok to alert a cashier at a gas station in Tennessee that she was in distress. The Cashier, after some quick thinking was able to alert authorities who were then able to arrest the 31-year-old man threatening her and safely extracting her from what could have been a very, very different situation if it wasn't for the hand signal and the quick thinking cashier.
