In this episode, Host, Micheal Pope, will be joined by Sunny Aujla, who is a real estate investor and developer. Since 2011, he has been immersing in all that real estate has to offer. I started in residential, moved quickly into rehab properties, and have transitioned into new construction. Currently, Sunny is working on several Custom Home projects in the Bay Area. One of which is a Hayward Hills development of 6 single-family custom homes. The future is looking just as busy, with low-income housing, micro-unit housing, as well as multi-family coming down the pipeline.

Sun Homes was able to provide an extensive revamping of the plumbing systems at the ASEB day Center. When ASEB was having issues passing inspections and being able to qualify for much-needed grants to stay open, Sunnhomes was able to perform the necessary upgrades.
