Kelly Smith is a globally celebrated yoga and meditation teacher, E-RYT 500 /YACEP, founder of Yoga For You, and host of the iTunes chart-topping podcasts, Mindful In Minutes and Meditation Mama.

Kelly specializes in the non-physical limbs of yoga and is best known for her master trainings in meditation, restorative yoga, and yoga nidra and her international retreats.

Kelly’s earliest experience with yoga was physically stretching to train as a college athlete. Kelly even skipped Savasana at the end of yoga classes – she would roll up
her matt and walk out the door!

But when Kelly turned 16, her mom was diagnosed with cancer. That’s when she had her first exposure to slower, more mindful yoga practices. As her mom’s primary caregiver, she began joining her for restorative and gentle yoga. These sessions not only brought them closer, but they also were Kelly’s first experience of any yogic benefits outside of
flexibility and mobility.
