This week i'll be Talking to Alfie Cain. Alfie was a part of the Football Academy system here in the UK until his late teens, and in more recent years was heavily involved in the success of grassroots football club, Rising Ballers. We'll talk through his journey within the industry, what sports and fitness means to him and the impact it can have on mental health.
