"Europe from the Outside", invites experts from around the globe to debate European culture and European cultural policy. An outside-view from six regions of the world: the Middle East and North Africa, Latin America, Transatlantic, Eastern Europe, South Korea and the Western Balkans with the Eastern Mediterranean.

This view from the outside will not only allow us to better understand European and to strengthen a shared European consciousness - most importantly we will share creative and critical new inputs, to build bridges. Europe from the outside is a project of EuropaNova and the Candid Foundation, with the support of the Institut für Auslandsbeziehungen.
