What is up you Fanatics Happy New Years! Hope you all had a happy holidays and have set some great goals moving forward into the new year.

Season 4 of the podcast is here and im hoping to be able to start putting out episodes weekly again so stay tune for that. In this episode we talk about social media and the impact it can have both positively and negatively on our Health and Fitness journeys.

Social media includes everything from instagram to snapchat, youtube, tiktok, facebook, reddit, etc. Like mentioned in the podcast social media is here to stay and the best thing we can do is adjust to it and use it as a tool rather than let it consume us and get the best of us.

Social media should be used as a tool to be inspired, motivated, gather information, gather knowledge, market your business or Services etc. It should not be used as a tool to be at constant competition or comparing yourself with other individuals. Reminder that on social media people will only allow you to see, what they want you to see.

Remember its always you vs you and sometimes its best to take a week or couple days break from social media. I am not saying social media is bad because it's not and I myself have learned so much from it, but we can't let it control every aspect of how we live or do things.
