Oh boy I haven't done this in a while, A lot of the time when we take in media be it gaming, books, anime, etc. most of the time people will enjoy the material and leave it at that, but since I’ve started writing I’ve learned to read in between the lines of what the creator is trying to say with a character or the story arc they are going through, and honestly it has become a blessing and a curse, this new thinking process of taking in media helps me in my writing by looking at common tropes and how they are used correctly, and on the other hand the tropes I see become more and more cliché and sometimes that would lead me to drop it, in some cases that is for the best not to waste time on basic tropes also with me thinking so much sometimes I manage to spoil it for myself.
