You live too much inside of your basements. Where I live and fight my fight, there are more than enough of all ages that see the threatening signs of what is to come. And, maybe, maybe there are also some who work in the shadows and aren't corrupt. In these times we need to make our own legends, even if that means to stand tall on missing legs.
