Today on the podcast I'm talking about what it's like to live and cope when things are uncertain. As I was sharing about this, I started thinking how it's so often our past painful experiences and fears that keep us so agitated and anxious when we don't know what's next.
And while I share some thoughts on ways to build up yourself during these times, I also want to be that cheerleader that reminds us all that taking time to live mindfully and plug ourselves into the present moment ALWAYS helps us.
Sometimes we just can't know what tomorrow holds, but that doesn't have to be a bad thing.
