In this episode of my pod blog, I talk about acceptance. There are things in our lives that happen that we can change and things that we can't change. Getting stressed and angry about things that we cannot change, will not do anything for our mental health and happiness. So we have to learn to let go and work on things that we can change. When we let go like this we set ourselves free from worry, anxiety and stress.

I try to keep my pod blogs as short and concise and to the point as possible. If it makes a difference in one person's life – then it's been worthwhile.
