In this PodBlog I am talking about how taking small steps to change things in our life, can combat procrastination and being overwhelmed and not doing anything. It certainly applies in my life. I also talk about how important habit is in our lives – when our motivation is low, habit is what keeps us going. My blog is something that I write for myself in the first instance and by sharing it, I hope that it will make a small difference in somebody else's life. I get a lot of my inspiration from what I listen to and read by others. I also learn from the mistakes that I make myself.
