Our responsibility as the members of these Communities lies on complimentary effort at drafting legitimate, normative and proactive measure on how to counteract the menace of violence. Violence is an anti_social development,it has more negative impact ever emerging,it degree is long lasting.
Therefore, Prevention is of a greater value as that will usher in more development, civilization and growth at all and sundry if our human endeavor.
