Doug is joined by men’s physique competitor Ryan Dengler. Dengler shares his story and how he got into the world of fitness and lifting weights. With an athletic background, Dengler started lifting heavily from an early age and fell in love with the process. He also started to grow his social media platforms as he was documenting his journey and progression. His social media growth helped him land some incredible brand partnerships which he talks about in this episode. Ryan also tells us about his current training and diet for the 2021 Summer Shredding competition in Houston, Texas that he is competing in at the end of the month.
