Fionia is one nerdy and well-informed sports dietitian. She has worked with elite-level athletes including gymnasts and divers. Her knowledge and understanding of eating disorders in sport are unbelievable.
She hits us over the head with pure facts and logic. She challenges both Tait and I's understanding of the evidence-based funnel and the risks associated with weight category-based sports. How can we minimize these impacts through the environment we create and the langue that we use?
