In Todays episode i'm joined with Sophie me and her have known eachother for quite a long time. Sophie speaks about what Sports for confidence is, and her role, it's a brillant programme where you can build your confidence, all ages can take part in the programme. Volenteers can help out with the programme too like myself who planned to my placement at different lesuire centre's but that was put on hold due to Covid-19. Me and Sophie tough some really important topics and the message in this episode is that confidence is really important and you will go at your own pace if you take part in the sports for condidence programme, nobody judges.
