Scripture texts are from Gen 32.22-29 and Luke 18.1-8. Jesus teaches us about persistent prayer. In other words, He wants us to PUSH!
PUSH = Pray Until Something Happens
PUSH = Persist even Under Sorrow and Heartache
And we could add Persist Until Success Happens
God is able to do exceedingly abundantly more than we can ask or even imagine according to power at work in us! Our role is to PUSH and not give up, not give in, and not give out.
The widow in Jesus' parable PUSHed. Jacob wrestled with the Angel of the LORD all night. He PUSHed. Esther, Nehemiah, Daniel, and many others PUSHed! What about us? Are we willing to pray until something happens... no matter how long it may take? Our breakthrough is on the way if we keep praying and persisting... if we PUSH!
