This episode is kinda rough and kinda another “hate to say I told you so” episode but the timeline held up from the lockdowns episode. Within a week of April 15th, protests ensued in Michigan and California. Churches defied on Easter and a Pastor was arrested. The measures may be needed, but they carry non-zero risks of their own. An approach that allows true freedom and flexibility, allowing health-friendly decisions that work for the people can create better outcomes but the lockdowns in the current reality serve the valid purpose of legitimizing the protection of public health against capitalist preferences.
