A judge has sentenced the Webster man convicted in the death of a Mass State Trooper three years ago to five to seven years in prison. David Njuguna was convicted on a charge of involuntary manslaughter, after he hit and killed Trooper Thomas Clardy while speeding and high on marijuana on the Mass Pike in Charlton in March 2016.
