Historically diverse new city council is sworn in in Boston

Boston Mayor Marty Walsh calls it history in the making. A new historically diverse city council has been sworn in to office, during a short ceremony inside Faneuil Hall. Mejia won the seat by only one vote in an extremely close recount. The new city council elected councilor Kim Janey as its new president.
