In today's podcast episode, I am going to explain why I'm taking a personal Exodus from Facebook as well as social media as far as personal Pages go. I realized that fake book along with other platforms that are similar to it, are very fake and disingenuous tool used to make other people jealous. This tool is also used by narcissist and B cluster personality is to promote their false self and their bravado on social media. It's a constant competition for likes comments in amount of friends that you have on your list. Fake book has been very toxic towards me I will share the good and the Bad and the Ugly of my experience on there and why ultimately wanted to leave. I've been thinking about this for a couple of months now and now that I have turned a new year I want to turn a new leaf and change how I do things.
